We provide a diverse, inclusive, accepting and welcoming space. All students are provided opportunities to reach their full potential. We believe diversity is a strength, and we actively explore different perspectives. We have a shared responsibility for the success of our students, and we celebrate academic success and personal growth inside and outside of the classroom. We recognize inequities exist and strive to create inclusive practices and address barriers to access. Rigorous culturally relevant curriculum and intentionally inclusive instruction is necessary for every student daily in order to improve student engagement. Instruction is differentiated for all learners in every classroom using a framework of engagement, representation, and expression. We support and encourage global-mindedness, community involvement, and service.
