Student ID Cards
Students are permitted into the building when they are visibly wearing their school-issued Student ID card on a lanyard around their neck or clipped to their person (upper torso/shoulder area). IDs cannot be attached to backpacks, purses, or other belongings.
ID’s are needed to log on to computers, purchase school meals, enter buildings and activities, and use district transportation.
Students must wear their ID at ALL times while on campus (in classrooms, in hallways/restrooms, during outside activities).
If a student does NOT have their ID when they arrive at the building, the student will need to have the ID reprinted in the main office in order to gain entry to classes. See details below:
-
First print - Free at registration.
-
Second print (and additional) - $5 reprinting fee will be collected before the ID can be reprinted and a staff member will call home with the student to set up a meeting.
-
If the fee cannot be collected, parents/guardians will be contacted and students will remain in the office for the entire day unless parents/guardians can bring the ID or $5 reprinting fee.
-
A meeting will also be held with the family and an administrator or support staff member prior to re-entry to the school.
