Breakfast & Lunch Programs & Procedures

The school breakfast and lunch program is provided for the benefit of all students. To apply for free breakfast and lunch, families must fill out the application through D6 Nutrition Services.  Please keep our Greeley West Commons and Hallways free from trash and maintain a friendly and clean setting. Please throw away trash and return chairs when finished.

Breakfast is provided each morning from the school store/concessions window directly below the main staircase off the commons. Students are to eat breakfast in the commons and are to head to class prior to the start of school: 9am on Mondays and 8am Tuesday-Friday. Students who arrive after the start of school are permitted to take the “grab and go” breakfast.

Greeley West has two separately scheduled lunch times this school year. Per the Bell Schedule:

A Lunch: Classrooms in the A & B Hallways, B Lunch: Classrooms in the C, D, E, & F Hallways

Food can be consumed in the following areas:  Commons, learning stairs, or on the West Patio.

Open/Off Campus

Greeley West High School has an open campus policy for 11th and 12th grade students during lunch and during Free Periods. In order to leave campus, students are to present their Student IDs to campus monitors at the main entrance. Students will not be permitted to leave campus from other doors. Individual student’s Off/Open Campus can be removed by parents/guardians and/or administrators due to concerns with attendance, grades, and/or behavior.

9th and 10th grade students have a closed campus and are to remain on school grounds in permitted areas.  We do not allow food from delivery services such as Doordash or Grubhub.
