In order to try out or participate in any of these sports, students must be cleared through the Athletic Office by completing the online registration. Students must also have a current Physical and proof of insurance on file.

Registration is done online and the registration site is available. You can reach the registration site by clicking onto the GWHS Athletics Registration Site.

Please make sure to download Stack Team -find your team by searching Greeley West - all teams will pop up for you to select your sport. Coaches will communicate with athletes through this app.

Athletic Registration

Parents/Guardians of student-athletes intending to participate in athletics MUST complete their online registration, which includes uploading their students' most recent physical to ensure eligibility for participation.

Please follow the instructions below to register your student for sports. We have simplified this process through our online registration.

Create an Arbiter Registration account. You only need one account for your whole family.
Activate your Arbiter Registration account using the activation link that will be automatically sent to your email. Note: this email may go to your junk/spam folder.
- If you are having trouble creating your account, receiving the activation email, or logging in, you may contact support at registration@arbitersports.com or call 800-311-4060.
Complete your athletic registration.
Once you have completed your registration, you will receive an email notification confirming we have received your registration.

Sports Physicals

You do not have to upload a physical to register. If you do not have an updated physical, please continue with the rest of the application.
Please continue registering by scrolling to the next item until the end where it says "Continue." There will be a summary page that will show you what. you are registering for. If everything looks good, click the "Submit" button to complete your registration.
All students must have an up-to-date physical as well as insurance.
We must have a current physical on file by the first official day of practice.
- Physicals can be scanned and emailed to Jacqui Matthews jmatthews3@greeleyschools.org , or you can bring the physical to the main office.
If you do not have Health Insurance, you may want to visit the HSR K12 Student Insurance website for affordable insurance.
